Worst experience I ever had. They sold me the car and they said the tires were good and I took it to a place and basically the tire was just inspect to the point where you drove it down the road for 20 miles you need new tires you shouldn’t have to put new tires on your car within one month of getting it new or used Also had some free oil changes. I tried to contact them. It seems like every time that I talk to them they get my number and never call me back. It’s been one thing after another. This was not a good experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There was one sales person that was very helpful and tried to help me but ended up getting in trouble because he was trying to help me which I think is kind of crazy anyways do not go here for a car there’s so many other car dealerships in town. Phil long has been riding its name for too long. The people that are working. There are no longer courteous or care it seems like they’re really nice until you sign about it lying. You’re out the door and you call back and it’s nothing but a hassle.

READ! Oleg is a horrible sales representative. He lied about packages when me and wife gave him the phone to compare packages and prices. Stating that one did not have certain features the other did. Making it seem like that was the reason there vehicle was higher priced, when the vehicles had the exact same package. When talking about a certain vehicle model we wanted to test drive he suggested that we take a different model to test drive as they were generally the same, so we refused to test drive while he searched for our desired car without knowing where the keys or the car were. I don't know about most people but when you go to a dealership for a specific car you want to test drive, you don't test drive a similar car. He also told me he seen me when I've never seen him or been in that dealership prior. IF YOU GO HERE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OLEG.

We made an appointment to look at a vehicle, and were prepared to trade our vehicle in. When we arrived it was not ready for us to view even though we were informed it would be up front and ready for us. The staff was very unorganized and took up a lot of time, we were ready to leave when the manager offered us another vehicle to look at. We wanted to purchase the vehicle we were showed, but we could not even test drive it as it had not undergone inspection, yet we were still showed that vehicle. We were told the vehicle would be ready the next day but then received a call the next day saying it would be a few more days before it would be ready. When we were finally able to purchase the vehicle, we noticed it had a chipped windshield. The manager said that should’ve been caught and fixed while the vehicle was undergoing inspection. He told us we could get it fixed on our own and then reimburse us. While we were doing financing, the manager offered us a $200.00 dollar check if we refer anyone to them (which I would not). We purchased the vehicle and two days later, we were contacted by finance and informed that they forgot to have us sign a form and wanted us to email it to them in a timely manner to get it back to the bank. Overall a very unorganized and drawn out process, we will be going elsewhere for our next vehicle.

I took my twenty-three year old son here to shop for a used car. The salesperson was pleasant and didn't pressure him. She even delivered the car the following morning, making sure it had been detailed and filled up with gas.
The finance department was no-haggle; the man had everything prepared, and didn't try to upsell him. He was able to offer an affordable rate and payment terms. Thank you, Phil Long Ford Motor City COS for an amazing experience!

Staff was friendly and pricing was fair. I did price comps and with the understanding they have to make profit too, they didn't try and rip me off like other dealers with low ball offers. The process was also quick and easy.

Wanted trade my car in they said no to a trade in didn’t have much selection of pre owned but sure want me in a new with bigger new payments on top of the payments I have for my trade in got points taken off my credit report though they accomplished that part I had better experience in the past

I'm not sure where to even start. I was td I would get 22,500 for my trade, well sadly I was looking at the paper and I got 21,500. I also wanted them to detail the car that I purchased, well car was brought back to me in the same condition that it was, they "steam" cleaned it.. now I have to spend my own money to get it done right. Would never ever recommend anyone to go, full of lies
