Had a really negative experience going through security. TSA PreCheck was closed and so we had to wait in the very long line and then the individual that we got to didn't have any TSA PreCheck cards nor did he let us know anything about us still having accommodations for having TSA pre-check. We found out from someone else after security that they had a TSA PreCheck card. Very poorly ran and very frustrating experience. If TSA pre-check is going to close there needs to be better communication about accommodations, I believe.

TSA lines close at 7:30 apparently and no one was even telling TSA members to take out the laptops. There were at least 6 people in my line with yellow TSA cards who had to wait forever for their laptops and iPads to run through the scanner again because none of us knew we had to take them out. The woman with me most likely missed her flight because of that. Poor service!

I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. I had a very quick, efficient, and pleasant experience here. The two TSA ladies on staff were very professional and friendly. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great job, TSA!

I was assaulted here by a TSA agent at West security at DIA on May 17, between 330 & 430pm. The agent was an older agent man who finished my "screening" by punching my genitals and shoving me off. I was obeying his instructions and there was no reason for him to be violent. Be wary if you are stuck using this airport.

Just to let you know that the Customs/TSA service in Denver was terrible today! Even the employees I spoke with agreed they are understaffed by 3-4 fold on an ongoing basis, and they said it is worse on weekends!! I will never again fly through Denver on an international return flight. It took a full 2 hours and 15 minutes to barely make our connecting flight. Disgusting! This was an example in Denver of Customs/TSA mis/ management due to under-staffing !! I have not encountered such POOR TSA service anywhere else over the last 20 years. Ugh!! Avoid Denver on international return flights !!! I don’t know if Customs/TSA uses a subcontractor in Denver, but if so, they are terrible, and are sacrificing normal customer service for increased profits. They should be fired!!

I completed my application online and just needed to go in person to this location for the in person part. I had an appointment for 8:50. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and didn’t get called up until about 9:30. There were about 8 people ahead of me, but it says that if you have an appointment you are prioritized. I’m not sure this is true considering everyone was brought up in the order they arrived. Thankfully I scheduled my appointment with plenty of time to still make my flight even with the delays. Once called up, the gentleman was very nice and the process from there was really quick and easy. Overall, not a bad experience at all. I just wish that I’d known that an appointment did not mean you get prioritized as the email and site claims. Be prepared to wait regardless.

Extremely easy and efficient experience for my son and I getting TSA Pre on a Tuesday afternoon. Made an appointment and drove to the airport. Parked in arrivals/short term parking in east terminal for $7 per hour. Went to 5th floor, south side security near the Westin hotel entrance. There was a little office on the right - security helped us find it. Kristina was processing 4 people at a time with ease. She was friendly, funny and very efficient. We had passports so it was super easy. In and out in under 10 minutes. I then went to the Clear station just a few steps away and finished my identity there. Easy! Until exiting the DIA garage - payment kiosks were down and it was chaos. Waited 20 minutes to get out, had to switch lanes multiple times and pay another $7. Oh well. Glad to have this now!

I paid my money weeks ahead of my flight to get a pre check. After getting my boarding pass at the ticket counter, l proceeded to the pre check entry. They said I have a general pass not a pre check, and would not let me enter. Went back to ticket counter and they said they have my know travel number, and see I have pre check, but that it would not print on the boarding pass. And there was nothing they do. So, I had to go through the regular line, which at DIA is very, very long. I want my money back!!!
