In late summer I was interested in a 2022 Tiguan that they had for sale for a decent price. I drove down to this store at an agreed meeting time. When I showed up and found the car in the lot I found it was full of hail damage. Neither the listing or DJ told me about this. The rear cargo area also had old parts from a previous service repair (that was never removed, I took it home with me). After figuring out a deal that they agreed to repair some of the more obvious damage. I was left at the VW store waiting on finance. During the finance process I was asked if I wanted aftermarket warranty, which I declined. As I went to sign on the iPad I found that the pop up covers up what I was agreeing to. I close it and found that Key coverage and GPS location service was selected. I had already stated to DJ I did not want the GPS service. They said it already in the car, implying that there was nothing they could do. It can be removed and I do not want it. But in finance it was on the deal. I had to remind everyone again that I did not want that. Finally everything was off the deal and I was just paying for the car.

Eventually, when I wanted the hail damage repaired, DJ told me that the were "weeks out" and I can get a quote from someone local to me and have Tynan pay them. After I sent them the quote from someone I found locally ($1500), they asked If I could have them match "their guys" price($1200). I declined to ask some business owner that I have no relationship with to lower his price. Eventually we agreed on Dec 13th for the hail repair. We dropped of the vehicle around 6:30pm on Thursday night. Their shop does no have a night drop box with envelopes, you just throw your key through a whole in the door. Also, the parking lot is block off so your vehicle is parked on the street. DJ told me when we agreed on the Dec 13th that the repairs will take one day. I heard nothing from them until 4:00pm that the car will be one the following day. We had plans that we needed the vehicle for Saturday morning (Dec 14th). I could not get a clear reason the vehicle wasn't completed or if it was even work on. We have to move around things for Saturday and was finally contacted by DJ at 2:30pm that the vehicle would be ready in 30 min. My wife picked up the vehicle and we found that some dent were not repaired. DJ said, "they are something other then hail". The we owe that we all signed states "repair hail and other dents on hood as well as driver's side front and rear panels". Saying that is something "other then hail" is extremely frustrating and dishonest. They did not repair the vehicle as they said they would and cannot be trusted.

I'm not sure if is lack of ability or they just don't care but DJ and others at this store and Tynan are extremely difficult to deal with. I do not regret buying this Tiguan but I do regret buying from Tynan. I have worked at several dealerships throughout my career and it isn't hard to be honest, caring and do what you agree to, while still making money. After Tynan, DJ and Troy were paid they did not make any effort to make it right.

I’m very disappointed with the service at this dealership. When I first arrived to look at the cars, there were four salespeople, all busy on their computers, and none of them acknowledged me. It felt like they didn’t care, maybe because they heard me speaking Spanish, but it was a disheartening experience.

The only person who helped me at first was Jeff Costa. He was friendly, took me for a test drive, and I liked the truck. However, when it came time to finalize the credit approval, things went downhill. He promised to send me information on Monday, but never did. I visited the dealership twice to follow up, and both times he told me to come back later. On the second visit, another salesperson, who had been unfriendly from the start, rudely asked me to leave because they were handling other customers. When I finally met Jeff again, he told me he couldn’t help me that day, despite having promised to assist with my urgent request. I reached out through email and phone, but never got a response.

Thankfully, I found a car elsewhere, where they were professional and eager to help. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership, and I won’t be returning.

Bought a 2019 Toyota Camry and Maddie was awesome to work with. Made the whole process simple - I was in and out in 2 hours. Usually unheard of on a Saturday. Props to the Tynan’s team!

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and get the job done! My fiancé and I have bought our last 2 cars there because of how great the service is! Keith is a great salesman and takes care of everything, start to finish! Vijay got us amazing payments and was able to get us in the cars we wanted, not just the ordinary settling for whatever they can get you financed for! Very refreshing car buying experience! A++++

This dealership is an absolute nightmare and only cares about making money. They have no regard for the cars they sell, especially if you're a woman. I bought a car from them in April 2022, and by July 2022, I started experiencing major issues with the transmission. It turns out that the subframe was bent which led to many more problems, but they never disclosed this to me before I made the purchase. They insisted that I must have been in an accident with the car, even though there was no visible damage and I hadn't been in any accidents. They claimed that the damage occurred while the car was in my possession. I even contacted the place where I got my oil changed days prior to the problems occurring, Grease Monkey, to see if something happened there, but they willingly showed me the footage and nothing happened to my car. The mechanic who reviewed the footage with me said, "They should have never sold you this car, it's a death trap". They offered to trade the car because they said it was totaled and wouldn't be resold and would go straight to auction, but I recently found out that was a lie because they resold it to someone else, thanks to Carfax I was able to confirm that information after getting an email about that car needing to be re-registered. They pressured me into getting another car and promised to price match the trade-in value for the "totaled" car, but that was also a lie. They ended up inflating the price significantly. Now I'm stuck paying $18,000 for a car that's only worth $1500. On top of that, the car I traded for has been giving me problems throughout the year and a half I've owned it, and now I need a completely new transmission. I still owe a lot of money for this terrible car. The salesman I dealt with, Thomas Rivera, lied to me the entire time. They rushed me through the paperwork and gave me vague answers to all my questions. I urge you to save yourself the money and stress of dealing with an unreliable car and stay far away from this dealership.

I am 72 years old, my daughter lives in Denver and needed a car. My wife & I came here from Des Moines to help her find a car. Tynan's was the 1st place we went to. After looking at other car lots and 3 days of intense searching, we made a decision to buy a car from Tynan's. This was without a doubt the best experience that I have ever had buying a car. The salesman, the manager and finance person were all very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and worked with us on every question that we had. Our experience with the Tynan team was really enjoyable. I would recommend Tynan's to anyone who needs a car. First class operation!
